What Will Your Role Involve?

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and sincerely thanking them
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Handle monetary transactions and guest billing
  • Prepare daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify special requests, and verify report accuracy
  • Address guest complaints and make appropriate decisions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow and apply all Marriott brand policies, procedures, and standards
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to provide an outstanding guest experience and build customer loyalty
  • Inform guests about local attractions, dining options, and activities in the area
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Professional or college diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in customer service
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) due to regular interactions with an international clientele
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of POSITOUCH and LIGHTSPEED systems is considered an asset
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
