Job Overview
SDR provides a complete range of Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating contracting services for new constructions, renovations, tenant improvements and much more throughout Leeds & Grenville, Lanark &. Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Counties.

We are seeking a skilled 313D HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems for our clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify root causes of malfunctions.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations.
Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

313D Technician certification.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems.
Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
Experience with welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of plumbing principles related to HVAC systems is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license .
