Warehouse Associate - Retail Sales

Manpower on behalf of Purolator is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their team in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset that will contribute to success within the organization.

Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Location: Barrie, ON

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 3:15 PM to 8:15 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM

Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with shipping and courier-related inquiries.
• Process shipments and transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Promote and explain Purolator products and services to customers.
• Receive, sort, and handle packages in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service and operational goals.

What's Needed?

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and/or move packages as required.
