Grizzly Trail Motors is looking for a Receptionist to join our team! Being one of the first faces customers see when they walk through our doors, the Receptionist is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service as well as performing general administrative support for the dealership. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday through Friday, and earn $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine the nature of their visit; directing them to the correct department or individual
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller to appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message
  • Perform light accounting duties such as accounts payable, cash transactions, deposits and receivables
  • Administer and manage inbound and outbound mail
  • Assist with data entry as needed
  • Provide other general clerical support to the dealership as required

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrative/reception role with some accounting experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude to make a positive first impression
  • Superior communication and inter-personal skills on the phone, in email and in person
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, including the use of Microsoft Office applications

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
