Job description:
- Install, service and repair security alarm systems, CCTV, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems
- Work order preparation, scheduling coordination with customer
- Troubleshoot security/alarm system to determine faults, functionality and solutions
- Communicate with customers on progress, updates and resolving customer's concerns
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10+ years experience in Commercial/Industrial security alarm, CCTV equipment, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems
- Experience with testing, repair, installation, troubleshooting and fault testing etc
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Must have experience in customer facing/customer service
