We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Denture Technician to join our denture clinic team. In this role, you will perform the technical laboratory work involved in the fabrication, repair, and modification of full and partial dentures. You will handle the "behind-the-scenes" lab portion of denture production, ensuring high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing prosthetic devices that meet patient needs and clinical standards. While being guided by our experienced denturist.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate complete and partial dentures using traditional and/or digital workflows (including wax-ups, flasking, processing, finishing, and polishing).
Repair, reline, and rebase existing dentures.
Set artificial teeth in wax for try-ins and final processing.
Create and maintain accurate models, custom trays, and baseplates from impressions.
Maintain strict quality control standards at every stage of production to ensure proper fit, occlusion, aesthetics, and function.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited Dental Laboratory Technology program or equivalent apprenticeship strongly preferred.
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) credential with a specialty in Dentures/Removables is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic principles.
Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in all phases of removable prosthodontics laboratory procedures.
Knowledge of dental materials science (acrylics, metals, bonding agents, etc.).
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered results.
