About the Role

Black Diamond Lodging is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain and support the organization's network infrastructure across corporate offices and remote workforce lodges. In this role, you'll ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing network connectivity while working closely with IT and operations teams to support business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network equipment.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Support secure connectivity between corporate offices and remote lodge locations.
Configure user access, VPN services, and network security policies.
Perform network maintenance, firmware updates, backups, and system upgrades.
Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
Monitor network security and assist with vulnerability management and incident response.
Maintain accurate network documentation and technical procedures.
Work with vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure issues.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
2 5 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.
Experience managing enterprise network environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, or Microsoft certifications are an asset.
Experience supporting remote or multi-site environments is preferred.
