Retail Store Supervisor

Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wage: CAD$22.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts including early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: hours/week
Benefit: 6 % of vacation pay

Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate daily activities of staff
Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedules and shift rotations to ensure efficient store operations
Authorize payments and return of products;
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
Order products when supplies are low.
Prepare financial reports on sales figures, merchandising, staff performance;
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions;
Train staff and monitor work performance;
Ensure displays, signage and the general appearance and cleanness of the store are well-maintained.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school;
2-3 years of retail sales experience.
