Position Overview:
CML is currently seeking a Journeyman Plumber with experience in new residential and commercial construction , hydronic heating , and general plumbing service . The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and test plumbing systems in new construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial)
Service, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems as required
Work with hydronic heating systems - including installation and maintenance
Interpret and follow mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices when needed
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members, and clients
What We're Looking For:
Certified Journeyman Plumber (Ontario)
Experience with residential and commercial new construction
Willingness to travel and work at remote job sites
Knowledge and hands-on experience with hydronic heating systems
Strong diagnostic and service skills
Positive attitude, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid G driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to work out of town, as project needs require
Compensation:
$40 to $60 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
