EHS Site Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in environmental health and safety, is seeking a dedicated EHS Site Coordinator to join their team. As an EHS Site Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the safety and compliance department supporting the Brossard facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EHS Site Coordinator

Location: Brossard, QC

Pay Range: $32-$36/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM start with flexible schedule, 40-hour weeks

What's the Job?

• Conduct daily and weekly site safety walkthroughs and inspections to identify potential hazards
• Support incident reporting, investigation, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions
• Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, training records, and compliance files
• Coordinate site safety meetings and facilitate effective EHS communications
• Assist with emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response coordination to ensure readiness

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety coordination or a related field
• Strong knowledge of provincial (CNESST) and federal EHS regulations
• Proven ability to conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills in both French and English
