Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 44 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
Assist machine operators or assemblers in manufacturing process
Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
Transport material and tools to and from work areas
Prepare raw materials for mixing process
Monitor machines to watch for jammed materials or defective products
Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change
Monitor and inspect quality of material produced
Place weighed materials in mixing machines
Organize and maintain inventory
Operate mixing machine to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity
Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae
Unload mixture into container or conveyor for further processing
Assist in operation, repair and maintenance
Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change
Operate forklift
Set up and operate calender machines to transform plastic bales or slabs into continuous sheets or films of specified thickness
Adjust calender rollers for production line change
Trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts
Follow formulation card to mix resin batches for injection moulding process
Experience and specialization
Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift
