Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mailroom & Digital Mail Services Manager -

Job Title: Mailroom & Digital Mail Services Manager

Location: Markham, ON

Pay Range: $30.65

Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily operations of the mailroom and digital mail services to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing communications.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline mail handling procedures and improve overall efficiency.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of mail and digital communications, generating reports as needed for management review.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in digital mail management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows and implement process improvements.
• Experience in mailroom or digital communication services is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
