THE ROLE

Are you ready to lead transformative change that drives organizational success?

Reporting to the Director Strategic Initiatives, as Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling strategic direction and ensuring PSP initiatives empower innovation, enhanced business performance, and employee engagement.

In this dynamic position, you will:

Lead change initiatives for business and digital transformation from concept to implementation

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align vision with strategic goals

Ensure transformation initiatives are people centric, scalable, and mitigate execution risk

Champion the change management practice within the division, ensuring smooth adoption of new frameworks

Analyze change impacts, identify change advocates and resistors, and develop mitigation strategies, adoption roadmaps, communications, coaching and training plans

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Leadership Studies or a related discipline AND several years of experience in a related field

Experience

In managing organizational change efforts and activities

In business management theories, practices, principles and standards

In designing and developing communications

In business relationship and stakeholder management

In business and strategic planning

In business needs analysis

In providing advice and guidance

In project management

In budget administration

In industry related software

Competencies

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual (English and French) Essential

Reading: Advanced

Writing: Functional

Oral: Advanced

OTHER INFORMATION

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
