Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hot Tub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing hot tubs and related equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties

Install new hot tubs, ensuring proper setup and connection of electrical and plumbing components
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to hot tub components such as pumps, filters, heaters, and jets
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs and installations
Maintain accurate records of service visits and repairs performed
Assist with site preparation including excavation or landscaping as needed for installation projects
Collaborate with clients to explain maintenance procedures and provide recommendations for optimal operation

Skills

Mechanical knowledge with experience working with plumbing, electrical systems, and water chemistry
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and installations
Experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus
Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or construction is beneficial for site preparation tasks
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues efficiently
Ability to perform maintenance tasks involving various construction-related skills
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in hot tub installation and repair
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to safety protocols during all operations
