- $30.00 to $36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Tasks:
Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
Supervise building of patios, garden walls and other decorative installations
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Enforce policies and procedures
Train staff
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment / Supervise snow removal.

Supervision:
- 1 to 2 people

Equipment and machinery experience:
- Small engine equipment
- Sod cutter

Area of specialization:
- Lawn care
- Grounds maintenance
- Landscape construction
