Technical Writer for HSSE Compliance

Enhance health and safety clarity as a Technical Writer for HSSE Compliance. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HSSE documentation in both French and English across Canada. Under the leadership of the HSSE Director, this position ensures that documentation aligns with regulatory standards and best practices. You'll collaborate with managers and operational teams to gather essential information for creating robust HSSE guidance. Your role is crucial in assessing and refining HSSE processes for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Develop HSSE guidance documentation and communication materials • Manage quality assurance for framework documents • Collaborate on information gathering sessions with teams • Lead training to communicate HSSE responsibilities • Visualize data using the HSSE Data services team Requirements: • 5 years in technical writing or documentation coordination • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal • Knowledge of HSSE regulatory frameworks in Canada • Experience with ISO documentation preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Use your skills to create impactful HSSE documents that promote safety and compliance within the organization.
