This full-time position requires on-site availability and will report to the local HR Manager. The coordinator is vital in managing the Talent Acquisition function while handling diverse HR responsibilities. Engage in onboarding, data management, D&I initiatives, and employee relations activities. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives • Support onboarding and employee engagement processes • Administer HRIS and manage compliance documents • Generate staffing reports and metrics • Coordinate recruiting activities and interviews Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field • Minimum of 2 years in HR, staffing experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office • Experience in the construction sector preferred Drive the synergy between HR initiatives and talent management through efficient and passionate coordination.
