Technical Publications Writer

Elevate technical documentation as a skilled Technical Writer. Focus on managing supplier relations, ensuring quality, and adhering to aerospace standards in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will oversee external authoring suppliers while ensuring compliance with technical standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators and facilitating supplier onboarding. Additionally, you will conduct detailed quality checks and lead investigations into publication defects for improved outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage external technical authoring suppliers • Review and provide feedback on deliverables • Monitor supplier KPIs for quality and delivery • Perform quality checks of technical publications • Lead root cause analysis for publication issues Requirements: • College diploma or 3+ years in Technical Publications • Experience with S1000D, ATA, XML/SGML • Proficiency in English; French is a plus • Background in aerospace or aviation • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications Utilize your technical writing expertise to enhance documentation quality and manage supplier compliance effectively.
