We're seeking a Site Manager to join a well-established and growing construction contractor. This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role on a new build hotel development in Windsor, currently progressing through the internal phase.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The project is currently moving through the internal fit-out stage, so we are looking for an experienced and well-rounded individual who is comfortable managing a wide range of trades and coordinating finishing works.

You will oversee subcontractors, manage site activities, and ensure the project continues to progress in line with programme and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
