Senior Consultant, Organizational Design

Project Management & Process Improvement: Oversee and support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of organizational design projects and processes. Create standardized materials for presentations and reviews to ensure consistency and clarity in communications. Develop workback plans and calendars to effectively manage timelines and deliverables for key initiatives. Partner with various teams to map and document organizational design processes, integrate relevant materials, and drive operational efficiency. Track executive headcount and provide regular reports to leadership to inform strategic decisions. Conduct annual refresh exercises and benchmark practices against industry standards to maintain best-in-class organizational design. Research, Evaluation & Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct research and collaborate with stakeholders to inform and educate on organizational design principles and practices. Perform internal and external research to support organizational design proposals and ensure recommendations are evidence-based. Create and update educational materials on organizational design mandates and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization. Learn and apply job evaluation principles for both executive and non-executive roles to act as backup support during peak periods. Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and other stakeholders on organizational design initiatives to align efforts and achieve strategic objectives. Job Architecture & Job Description Management: Lead job architecture reviews by creating new job families and profiles that support organizational needs and by collaborating with HR Advisory to map team members accordingly. Contribute to the creation of a non-executive job description inventory by partnering with HR Advisory and business leaders across the various strategic business units. You demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills. You demonstrate exceptionally high attention to detail and possess strong technical capabilities, enabling you to always ensure the highest level of accuracy. You have solid computer skills, including expertise in PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheet analysis, and organization chart tools. Your strong research techniques and ability to leverage a network of resources support competitive and market research for organizational design and job evaluation engagements. You are results-oriented and communicate effectively. You are highly responsive and operate with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that timelines and expectations are consistently met. Your advanced project planning and prioritization skills allow you to effectively manage multiple initiatives. You excel in creating clear and impactful presentations and communication materials for organizational design projects, as well as other business-related needs. You collaborate easily leveraging your sound organizational knowledge. You have a strong customer orientation and work collaboratively with team members across various functions.
