This is a Onsite / Hybrid role and client is actively hiring for this position.

Location: Toronto, ON

Contract: 6-12+ months

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) specialist with strong experience in implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. This role involves working directly with clients to design, deploy, and enhance SailPoint solutions while ensuring alignment with security best practices and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle SailPoint IIQ implementations, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define IAM strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components such as workflows, connectors, rules, certifications, and provisioning logic.
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP directories, HR applications, cloud platforms, and business applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous operational support for SailPoint IIQ environments.
  • Ensure solutions align with security standards, regulatory compliance, and IAM best practices.
  • Stay up to date with SailPoint product enhancements, IAM trends, and evolving security frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years specifically in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ capabilities including JML lifecycle processes, application onboarding, certifications, reporting, provisioning, and integrations with AD, ServiceNow, and Workday.
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and scripting languages used within SailPoint IIQ.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, and Workday.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) are an asset.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts-role management, provisioning, access certification, and compliance.
