Title: Senior Program Manager- Ministry Experience
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Type: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and forums to foster collaboration.
Project/Program Management:
Lead the coordination and implementation of the shared service model.
Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and address risks.
Prepare detailed project status reports and presentations.
Communication Strategy:
Execute a robust communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed.
Disseminate regular project updates and maintain consistency in communications.
Process Improvement and Evaluation:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the shared service model.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shared services.
Advocacy and Collaboration:
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence among stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with external partners and represent stakeholder interests.
Strategic Alignment:
Contribute to strategic plans for the shared service model.
Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and policy development.
Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience in establishing/maintaining multiple collaborative relationships/partnerships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience communicating across many functional areas to actively engage project stakeholders and manage client expectations with diverse interests, technical and non-technical backgrounds using the appropriate level of political acuity and messaging for the audience.
- Experience gathering and developing business and technical requirements to create and maintain a detailed program, project schedule and/or integrated plan.
