Our client is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to shape and champion the colleague journey, turning insight into meaningful action. This strategic and hands on role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating experiences that make colleagues feel recognised, connected, and motivated.
In this high impact position, you will act as the voice of Employee Experience, leading key projects and ongoing initiatives to drive continuous improvements across the employee journey. You will take ownership of the EVP, employee recognition programmes, engagement activity, and initiatives that bring culture to life.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate employee insight into practical improvements, ensuring survey feedback, forums, and other listening channels lead to visible and meaningful change.
- Develop and deliver a holistic recognition strategy, combining everyday "thank you" moments with annual awards, supporting managers and leaders to celebrate achievements effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring the EVP and broader employee experience to life.
- Support leaders in embedding engagement and recognition into everyday behaviours, creating a culture where colleagues are motivated and supported.
- Analyse trends, share actionable insights with senior leadership, and continuously refine strategies to deliver a tangible impact on the employee experience.
About you:
- Proven track record in an employee experience focused role
- Skilled at translating insight into action, influencing leaders, and delivering meaningful change
- Creative and passionate about enhancing employee experience
- Experience developing or evolving an EVP, recognition strategy, or total rewards narrative is highly desirable
- Ability to build credibility and strong relationships at all levels across the business
- A collaborative mindset - you thrive in a team environment
