Change and Training Analyst - Levis & Montreal
Overview
The Change and Training Analyst supports the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes during a major transformation. This role deploys change management and training strategies to ensure stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped for a smooth transition. Working closely with the OCM and Training Leads, the analyst contributes to communications, change impact reporting, and the development and delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with OCM strategies for large-scale transformations affecting processes, tools, and roles.
Create and implement communication plans, executive briefings, and engagement campaigns to drive awareness, alignment, and commitment.
Support change processes to ensure optimal organizational transition, identifying risks and improving readiness for go-live.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, process mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, offering recommendations and optimizing strategies.
Anticipate resistance and barriers to change using data-driven insights and best practices.
Training
Coordinate the design, development, and review of training materials (eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, etc.).
Gather and organize data from training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Coordinate logistics for train-the-trainer sessions and end-user workshops, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Support content updates and formatting for virtual, in-person, and digital platforms.
Assist with translation review (e.g., French) and ensure consistency across versions.
Apply foundational instructional design principles to create clear, user-friendly training content based on established templates.
Integration & Governance
Ensure alignment of OCM, training, and instructional design activities with project plans and milestones.
Maintain centralized documentation and training records using tools such as SharePoint, LMS, and Articulate 360.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by applying lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, management, organizational development, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, training, or related roles (SAP/ERP experience strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives (SAP, ERP, digital transformation, etc.).
Proven project management experience.
Broad knowledge of manufacturing or operations environments (an asset).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, LMS).
Familiarity with change management and Learning & Development methodologies.
Bilingual (English & French) - mandatory.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
