We're supporting a high growth organization on their search for an Executive Assistant to join their team and support their President and CEO in Montreal.
This is a full time opportunity ( 4x a week in office) for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and knows how to anticipate needs, keep operations running smoothly, and serve as a trusted right hand to busy executives.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel and logistics.
- Act as the key liaison between executives, clients, and partners-handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Prepare materials and briefing documents for meetings; record and track follow-up items.
- Support special projects, research, and operational tasks to keep priorities moving forward.
- Manage vendor relationships, expenses, and administrative workflows.
- Help improve internal processes and keep the team organized and on track
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, or Operations Coordinator.
- Background supporting a CEO of a 50-100 person organization before would be ideal.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-starter mindset - reliable, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
