Director, Product Marketing

You'll shape the future of AI-powered digital experiences and help reinforce our position as a global leader in cloud-based customer experience solutions.

As Director of Product Marketing, you will :

• Lead a team of five product marketing experts in building product and solution messaging that differentiates Coveo in the market.
• Head competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving team research.
• Build on our product launch and readiness framework, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales and Commercial Operations teams.
• Articulate the value of Coveo's solutions into tangible ROI metrics.
• Deliver Sales, Marketing and Partner enablement tools to help with acquisition and sales conversion.
• Collaborate with the field, partners, and analysts to position our products both at a high level and around the new value we bring to market.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, 5+ years in leadership.
• A strong speaker and genuine leader who loves developing high-quality customer-facing presentations.
• Strong technical product management and marketing competency including business and market analysis.
• A strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves to get things done.

What would make you stand out

• Background in the customer service and support industry.
• Previous roles in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore.
