We are currently seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to join our Enterprise Applications Delivery - Agile Practice Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, forward-thinking professional to lead and accelerate Agile transformation across a large and dynamic organization.

As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for assessing the current state of agility within the organization and developing a comprehensive roadmap to guide our transformation journey. You will work closely with the leadership team, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to implement effective Agile practices, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys leading change, and has a proven track record of delivering results in large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the Agile maturity and readiness of teams and departments, and propose a tailored Agile transformation strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define an Agile vision, establish transformation objectives, and create a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Coach and mentor leaders, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on Agile principles, frameworks, and leadership techniques that promote transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support the transition to Agile practices and help teams navigate cultural shifts.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques (including JIRA and Confluence) to improve team productivity and delivery quality.
  • Promote an environment of trust, collaboration, and open communication where challenges are addressed constructively.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, eliminate silos, and enhance alignment across departments.
  • Lead the implementation of an Agile Center of Excellence, serving as a central hub for best practices, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the leadership team in adopting Agile mindsets and behaviors, ensuring the organization can sustain transformation beyond the project timeline.
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and strategic planning sessions focused on value delivery, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience managing large-scale projects, including at least 4 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level Agile transformations within complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and proven ability to adapt them to organizational needs.
  • Extensive experience with change management, transformation planning, and leadership coaching.
  • Hands-on expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Valid Agile certifications such as SAFe, CSM, ICP-ACC, or equivalent are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with broadcasting, technology integration, or digital media transformation projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize competing demands, work independently, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
