DBA Subway is looking for two full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor to join their team. Job Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food. Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation Establish methods to meet work schedules. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines. Resolve Customer Complaints.
