As a Business Analyst at BrainRidge Consulting, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives. Your expertise in stakeholder interviews, process flows, and business rule documentation will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business units or teams, providing strategic guidance and insights.
  • Utilize influence and negotiation skills to drive alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Formulate and implement tailored solutions through thorough analysis of business challenges.
  • Identify emerging issues and trends to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to tackle challenges and deliver valuable insights to engagement partners.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving methodologies to identify, design, and implement optimization opportunities, improving cross-functional operations.
  • Guide management, staff, and stakeholders on business process management and process improvement strategies.
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts to influence leadership and advocate for change management initiatives.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture to enhance client relationships and support team objectives.
  • Promote a high-performance environment where employees take ownership, ensure quality processes, and deliver superior experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with operational risk, regulatory requirements, and conduct standards while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience and a related degree or equivalent combination.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, project delivery, and strategic planning.
  • Advanced communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex, non-routine situations with sound judgment.
  • 1-2 years of experience leading large digital projects, including cost reduction/productivity improvement expertise.
