Bilingual Call Center Representative
Location: Mount Royal
Salary: $22/hour
Temporary Position
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide solutions for unsatisfactory service issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Offer first-level technical and general support to stores.
- Document, track, and follow up on all customer interactions.
- Support e-commerce sales by assisting customers with product information, promotions, returns, and exchange policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service practices, tools, and systems.
- Enhance brand loyalty through exceptional service.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- You must be available on week days ( days or evening shifts ) with at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is mandatory
- The broader the availability, the more shifts and long-term opportunities you will have.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- College diploma (DEC, technical, or community college diploma).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
- Bilingual (French & English) - written and spoken (priority will be given to bilingual candidates).
- Strong unilingual candidates may still be presented, but bilingual candidates will be prioritized.
- E-commerce customer service experience (asset).
