About the Opportunity

We're seeking an Avionics Technician to join a leading name in the North American business aviation sector. With over 35 years of experience, our client delivers exceptional services across aircraft acquisition, operation, and upgrades. In this role, you'll be key to ensuring aircraft safety, performance, and reliability-contributing to the strong reputation they've built in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out avionics tasks in both hangar and ramp environments with precision.
  • Lead major inspections and modifications, mentoring junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant aircraft documentation.
  • Certify proper installation and operation of all aircraft components.
  • Follow the avionics control manual and Transport Canada regulatory standards.
  • Participate in company-provided training programs.
  • Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment under the Safety Management System Policy.

Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada E license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant avionics experience.
  • Business aircraft experience considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with a collaborative, positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
  • Flexibility to work assigned rotating shifts (5/5/4, day/evening).
