Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Employee Movement Associate to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis through January 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The Associate will play a key part in supporting the onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility of employees across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and a high-touch employee experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and internal employee movement by working with HR, hiring managers, and IT.
- Collect key employee information and establish timelines in collaboration with hiring managers and internal partners.
- Submit and track requests via ServiceNow, email, or internal platforms to ensure technology and workspace needs are met.
- Liaise with IT to request hardware and coordinate delivery, especially for remote or hybrid employees.
- Support large-scale talent programs, including intern onboarding, analyst rotations, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all employee movements, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Monitor task progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of all movement processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR coordination, or operations support role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Self-motivated and dependable, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating, but also confident working independently.
- Brings a positive, enthusiastic energy and a customer-first attitude to the workplace.
