What challenges can you expect?

• You will advise end customers / operators in regard to alltechnical inquiries relating to the MR product range (withspecialized support from an OPP or specializeddepartment where necessary)
• Discuss and evaluate customer requests regardingtechnical feasibility and a proposed solution
• Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weeklybasis
• Coordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the aftersales service and preparation of the necessarydocumentation and certification

What do we expect from you?

• You have a completed degree in Electrical Engineering with appropriate experience level and specialization in the Power Transformers domain
• Knowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers is a must
• 3+ years of experience in a service organization
• Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
• You are business-fluent in English and French would be an asset
• Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident
