Job duties:
Review existing documentation, such as process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), production reports, and performance metrics.
Gather quantitative data on production rates, defect rates, downtime, and other relevant performance indicators.
Create detailed process maps of the current production workflows to visualize and understand the flow of materials, information, and resources.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for potential improvement.
Analyze the data to determine patterns, correlations, and underlying issues affecting production efficiency.
Use Agile and Scrum Methodologies to focus on iterative development and continuous improvement, and to help adapt to changing requirements and market conditions, which is crucial for projects where the end requirements are not fully known from the beginning.
Perform Risk Management by conducting regular reviews and iterations
Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO (International Organization for Standardization) registration
Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements; and prepare submissions and filings with regulatory bodies
Create detailed process maps and diagrams to visualize existing and proposed workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and management to gather and document process requirements.
Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to automate and enhance business processes.
Conduct pilot tests or trials of proposed changes on a small scale to validate their effectiveness.
Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
Train staff if required.
Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments based on the results of the pilot.
Required skills and experience:
At least 5 years of experience with quality management and quality assurance.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
At least 1 year of Strategic Planning experience focusing primarily on project management and aligning processes with overall strategy.
Excellent knowledge of Jira and Atlassian Confluence.
Substantial knowledge of ISO 9001.
Prior experience leading an ISO implementation project.
At least 2 years of practical experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies.
Expertise in business administration/management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent prioritization skills to address issues efficiently.
Deadline-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong drafting and report writing skills.
Ability to analyze business needs and develop rollout plans.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Required Education:
Master's degree in Engineering, or Technology or related.
Required Languages:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English Language
Knowledge of Armenian language is a plus.

Job Terms:
Permanent, full-time position for 32 to 40 hours per week.
Salary: $41.36 per hour
Overtime (1.5 rate) is provided after 44 hours per week
