Primary Objectives: To ensure high quality food is being prepared within a reasonable amount of time. Complete adherence to Menu Package directions.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Chit Times- Food need to be prepared and served in a timely manner.
Preparation- Your station needs to be completely stocked and ready for the beginning of you shift. You will be responsible for the station that is assigned to you. i.e., Fryers, Ovens, Plating throughout the duration of your shift.
Consistency- High quality of food is your main objective. Every dish must be prepared according exactly to the menu package. Each dish should leave the kitchen looking the exact same as the one before it.
Cleanliness- Stations need to be kept tidy during service. Any down time should be spent re organizing and re stocking.
Attitude- A positive attitude is needed every day. Abbiocco has a team environment where everyone helps everyone and the FOH and BOH have a respectful relationship.

Requirement
High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or related education is preferred
1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant, hotel, or resort environment
Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry heavy materials throughout shift
Strong understanding of cooking methods and procedures
Knife handling skills
Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow cooking directions
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Must be organized and self-motivated
