What's the Job?

Location: Remote - Edmonton, Calgary (AB) or Toronto, Chatham (ON)
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Remote

Key Responsibilities: Communications

  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communications (emails, presentations, scripts, newsletters, Viva Engage posts)
  • Manage approval workflows and ensure timely delivery
  • Support senior leaders with communication planning
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and other digital content
  • Create multimedia content (audio/video) and templates
  • Align with Public Affairs for brand and communication standards

Engagement

  • Coordinate stakeholder engagements and change management networks
  • Plan and execute campaigns, events, and informational sessions
  • Support ERP Program team with leadership and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead meetings and synthesize stakeholder input into actionable plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree or professional designation in Communications, Business, or Change Management
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Enbridge operations
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud or IBM Maximo
  • Certifications: PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education
