Job Description:

Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $38 per hour

Benefit:
10 days paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
At least 3 years of experience in the related field are required.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of carpenters engaged in constructing, renovating, and maintaining wood and other building material structures, as well as installing interior finishes in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Oversee cabinetmakers who build and repair custom wooden cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and related products.
Develop and implement work procedures to meet project deadlines and ensure coordination with other departments.
Manage the requisition and procurement of materials and supplies as needed.
Identify and resolve operational issues, recommending measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Provide on-the-job training or arrange external training programs to develop workers' skills.
Advise on personnel decisions, including hiring, promotions, and other employment-related actions.
Enforce workplace safety regulations to maintain compliance with established standards.
Prepare and maintain work schedules, progress reports, and other required documentation.
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the work of apprentices, helpers, and laborers in related roles.
