We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll work across both brands to qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals that align with client needs and company standards.

What You'll Do

Qualify incoming leads using a proven LeanScaper process
Conduct site consultations and translate client needs into design/build or maintenance solutions
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Use CRM tools to manage proposals, follow-ups, and client data
Hit monthly and seasonal revenue targets with the support of our operations team
Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous improvement reviews

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales experience (landscaping, home improvement, or construction preferred)
Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
Organized and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads
Experience using CRM software and understanding basic project budgeting
Passion for outdoor spaces, design, and delivering client value
Bonus: knowledge of horticulture, design/build, or residential construction
