Welcome to Olea, a beautiful and local Mediterranean restaurant downtown.

We are looking for a new team member, the position of Bartender is a very important part of a supportive team. Olea is a team full of caring individuals who make our business great. We believe very strongly that our daily operations are dependant on all our employees and the amazing differences they bring to the team. We are very excited to learn about you and how you would approach this role. We are looking for someone who is available for both day and night shifts as our current staff prefer a mix. Sunday and Monday availability is needed for this role.

Roles:

Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills are absolutely essential
Providing a warm welcome as soon your guests join your section.
Following our Steps of Service to provide a perfect guest experience.
Going out of the way to make guests feel special
Performing bar duties, preparing drink chits, and serving guests at the same time
Maintaining your work station; performing light side duties.
Assisting team members with duties, as needed, to ensure smooth business operations.
Preparing bar supplies for the next shift and tracking usage.
Always a busy body, looking to help your team in any way you can.
Taking direction from management to ensure each guest is cared for and promptly helped.
