Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Owner operators to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of freight.

Duties

Operate truck to transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight during transit.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
Adhere to all local, provincial and federal transportation regulations while on the road.

Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
Own truck-well maintained and proper running condition.
Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
