Cellular Phone Technician

PIE Consultancy Services Ltd requires a full-time Cellular Phone Technician at its 105 N May Street, Suite 2, Thunder Bay, ON P7C 3N9 location. The technician will perform the following duties:
- Identify issues with mobile devices, perform diagnostic tests as directed.
- Execute preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory to support operational efficiency.
- Provide good customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
- Prepare logs, reports, user guides, and other necessary documentation as needed to track and analyze the use and cost of equipment and systems.

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time.
Offered wage: We offer $36.00/hr. 30 hours/week.

Skills Requirement and Experience:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience, completion of a related program, or a combination of relevant experience and high school education is required.
Must be able to have verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be organized, reliable, and have keen attention to detail
