Job Summary
A.L Blair Construction is currently recruiting an experienced landscaper/gardener to help maintain various properties.

Duties
Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and pruning plants and shrubs.
Irrigate gardens effectively to promote healthy plant growth.
Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks.
Operate power tools like lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans or specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment.

Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely in a gardening environment.
A strong understanding of plant care, including knowledge of various species' needs for sunlight, water, and nutrients.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
