Key Responsibilities
Perform physical construction tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating basic tools.
Support skilled framers and other team members with day-to-day tasks.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Assist in the construction of shops, barns, garages, and other structures.
Take on new responsibilities as you learn and develop your skills.

Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours when needed.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork.
Experience in construction is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
