We're looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator who will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Handle registrations and contracts for new and existing clients
Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Manage payroll, invoicing, and billing
Keep accurate records and organize paperwork
Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming office space
Ensure all office supplies and facilities are in working order
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Ability to create a positive, professional work environment
Experience with QuickBooks and payroll
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage time efficiently and work independently
