CAKE DECORATOR/BAKER

We're a high end Cupcake and Cake shop looking for an amazing cake decorator to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Decorate cakes (writing, hand drawn characters and logos, fondant decorations, piping, edible images, etc.

Decorate cupcakes (piping, writing, hand drawn characters and logos, fondant decorations, edible images)

Make and decorate other treats (cookies, cake pops, etc.)

Production of daily bake which can include but not be limited to cupcakes, cakes, cookies, cake pops, brownies and other small confections

. Making of cake batters, Italian buttercream and frostings

.Cleaning end of day

Keep work space clean and organized

Food handlers certificate

Working Conditions:

Standing for most of the day

Must be able to lift 20kg ingredient bag

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:
French not required

Experience:
Baking: 2 years (required)
Cake decorating: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
Food Handler Certification (required)
Food Safety Certification (required)
