We're looking for an enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team, bringing our menu to life by following recipes and maintaining top-notch food safety standards. You'll be cooking a variety of dishes-meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and more-while prepping and portioning ingredients. Duties
Keep work areas, equipment, and prep surfaces clean and sanitary, ensuring safe food handling at all times.
Ensure freshness and quality by checking ingredients, regulating equipment temperatures, and rotating stock.
Prepare and cook a range of foods, following recipes and plating standards for a great guest experience.
Assist with kitchen organization, maintain proper food levels, and communicate inventory needs to the team.
Support fellow team members and adapt to different kitchen tasks as needed, especially during rush periods.
Requirements
Great knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and special dietary needs.
Skilled in food preparation, knife handling, and kitchen equipment use, with attention to detail and quality.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to organize and manage time well under pressure.
High school diploma required; Culinary Arts degree and Food Safe Certification preferred, with 1-5 years of experience in full-service restaurants.
