Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience.
Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements
Previous 3 years of experience as a Server is required.
Strong knowledge of the food industry and menu offerings.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
