What You'll Do:

Work on high-end custom residential landscape construction projects
Assist with site prep, layout, and installation of pavers, natural stone, and plantings
Build decks, fences, pergolas, water features, and retaining walls
Support drainage, irrigation, and lighting installs
Operate mini-excavators, compactors, and loaders
Apply your craft alongside a seasoned Foreman and supportive crew

Who You Are:

You've worked in landscaping or construction for at least 2 years
You enjoy hands-on physical work and seeing the results of your effort
You're a self-starter who thrives in a team setting
You're curious, humble, and want to grow both personally and professionally
You have a valid BC Driver's License and a clean abstract
You can lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of outdoor conditions

Compensation & Perks:

$24-$28/hour based on skills and attitude
Overtime pay for every extra effort
