The Lead Heat Pump Installer at Sasquatch Heat Pumps is responsible for overseeing the installation of heat pump systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
Perform and oversee the installation of residential and light commercial heat pump systems, including ducted and ductless systems.

Team Supervision & Training
Lead a team of installers and apprentices, providing on-site guidance and support.
Train and mentor junior team members to improve their technical skills and efficiency.
Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Customer Interaction
Communicate clearly with customers regarding the installation process, timelines, and any additional work required.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct post-installation walkthroughs to ensure customers understand their new systems.

Safety & Compliance
Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites to prevent accidents or injuries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Complete and submit all required documentation, including permits and inspection reports.

Operational Efficiency
Coordinate with the Dispatch teams to ensure all materials and tools are available before installations.
Keep detailed records of work performed, including photos, system details, and required follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations.
Ensure all work is compliant with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
2-3 Years as a HVAC Lead Installer

Requirements:
Second-term to journeyperson refrigeration mechanic
Clean driving record
Pass a criminal background check
