A Master Barber is a highly skilled grooming professional who performs a wide range of men's grooming services with precision, creativity, and expertise. This role involves advanced haircutting, beard shaping, hot towel shaves, scalp treatments, and chemical services, while also mentoring junior barbers and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, trims, and styles tailored to client preferences.
Perform traditional and modern hot towel shaves, razor lineups, and beard sculpting.
Apply advanced techniques for chemical treatments, such as coloring, relaxing, and texturizing hair.
Conduct scalp massages, facials, and skin conditioning treatments as needed.
Maintain sanitation protocols and sterilize all tools and workstations between clients.
Build strong client relationships and provide personalized grooming advice and product recommendations.
Mentor and guide junior/apprentice barbers, sharing knowledge of best practices and techniques.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering barbering supplies as needed.
Help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clientele.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in professional barbering.
Extensive knowledge of haircutting, shaving, skin care, and beard treatments.
Proven ability to stay current with trends in men's grooming, styles, and products.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to train, supervise, and mentor less experienced barbers.
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
